El Maadawy Oasis located in Alex-Cairo Desert Road, it comprise 4-Star Hotel, Mall, and a Mosque.

The idea of the project came from the concept to serve the traveller to experience the shopping and having rest in the road that links between lots of cities. The 4-Star Hotel comprise 80 Guest Room in a foot print of 4,800 sq.m, and built-up area of 24,000 sq.m.

The mall has a foot print of 5,066 sq.m, and built-up of 15,200 sq.m in 3 floors. It comprise retail spaces, and kids entertainment area.
